Lassen sich 2 Graphen (also 2 Datensätze) gleichzeitig im Polar Plot darstellen und falls ja, wie?

Nein das läßt sich nicht machen.
Aber: Polarplot gibt dir ein Bild aus (im Gegensatz zu einem Graphen). Du kannst also dann weiter in dem Bild "zeichnen". Unter anderem kannst du dann einen 2. Polarplot ausführen.
Ich hab dir mal das im LabVIEW enthaltene Beispiel zum Polarplot angehängt und entsprechend modifiziert.
